Shopping and Snow

So yesterday I went shopping with Aunt Laura and Courtney. It was awesome. I got a new book and new CD at Family Christian book store. Then we went to Target and I got a new shirt, a new jacket, and two calendars, oh and also a patch that's says "free hugs". Courtney wanted it so I got it for her.

The book I got is very interesting. Courtney and I are reading it out loud. It's called "Guys like Girls who..." by Chad Eastham. It definitely makes you think about the way you act. The CD I bought is the new Barlowgirl Christmas CD. It's cool. I love the way their voices harmonize in the songs. I wish I could learn to harmonize like that.


The new shirt I got is a blue teal color. And my new jacket is black. I like it. It's warm and cozy. Hopefully it will start getting cold soon. Cause this 80 degree weather in November is just weird, even for the Panhandle. I hope it snows! I love snow! It's so pure and white. It makes me think of what Jesus did for us on the cross, and what our hearts are supposed to look like.

clothes and cuteness

On Wednesday last week I got sick. It stunk! So I haven't posted because I really didn't have much to write about except how I felt that day and most of the time it was the same: Horrible. But now I am feeling much better! Now all I have is a cold. I can handle that.
Tomorrow I get to go to the fair with Aunt Laura & Co. ( you should trade mark that...)It should be fun. I always like seeing the photography exhibit. It's interesting to see how other people view the world. One of these years I'm going to enter it. The only problem I would have is deciding which picture to use.

Today after school I got to go to the thrift store. It was awesome. As usual. I found some really neat outfits. One of them made my mom go "whoa!" because it makes me look a lot older.

It's modest but I look more like I'm 19 than almost 17.



I want to change my wardrobe to a more sophisticated style than what I have now. I think for now I have enough clothes to do that. My birthday is coming up soon and so is Christmas. I can't wait! But what I really really want for my birthday is an itunes card. That would be totally awesome! Then I could get whatever songs I wanted without having to buy the whole cd!
