What the World needs...

is love, sweet love. lol just kidding. What I think the world needs is Jesus, pure and simple. Everyone (who is not a Christian) is looking to fill the God shaped void in each of us. They are looking for love and acceptance. But they are looking to other people, drugs, money, their jobs, and things. People look to everything but God. Some people just try to ignore the void. They pretend like there is no void, that they do not feel the need to be accepted or loved, they give off the appearance that they do not need anyone. Normally these people are the ones that are hurting the most. So since people are looking for something to make them feel better, they tend to hurt other people to get what they want. It does not matter to them how the other person feels just so long as they feel better themselves.
If people treated each other how Jesus says we need to treat them, then the world would be a much better place. So I guess in the end what the world really does need is love, God's love. We need to give and show that love to other people. That is what we are called to do as Christians.
